hi eat lots of protein rich food. n 2 1/2 is ok it good weight don't worry eat good food and be positive
Hi Asha, if you have concentrated on a good diet rich in proteins, you baby weight might have increased, but like Kanupriya Jain said, only scan can tell you for sure... keep eating healthy, and please don't stress... everything will be fine...

Dr also i askd about weight bt she said wait next end we ll check about baby weight through scan.. bcz last check up i expected to know because itz crossing 34 weeks Sheeba Vijesh thatz why ..any way thankz all
ya sure, it does cause anxiety, but try to relax... even i had a small baby and i was tensed like anything, didn't know about baby chakra then... but thankfully, everything turned out well... nothing to worry dear..
you have enough time to weight gain for baby.. start eating a katori of boiled black channe ,rajmah and soya bean pulses.. your baby will gain near about 1 kg weight in one month.. bcoz I had also done this in my 9th month.. same problem was happen to me.. no need to take tension.. be happy.. my baby girl's weight was 3.1kg at time of her birth..

The doctor will be able to assess the weight of the baby even with abdominal palpitations. At times repeated scans may not be required. Consume good quality proteins five to six times a day. Pulses legumes nuts sprouts paneer for vegetarians and eggs meat and fish for non vegetarian.
Yes, for now dont stress..stay positive and happy that adds to baby's health. Above all, eat high protein food, intake of banana, milk, a little ghee, 3-4 dates, eggs and pulses will help ur baby gain weight..all the best dear
