it will affect his growth.....20 days is too small to be neglected....Please feed him every 3-4 hrs....I know it's painful but it will keep ur baby healthy.....
if u feed it baby every 2 hours entire day then it's ok if it baby is sleeping 5-6 hours at a stretch. consider it selft lucky dear. n in case u r worried of not feeding the child enough then feed once if it baby sleeps more than 6 hours....n do keep a check on ur kids weight. initially they lose weight but start regaining after some time
Bt try n feed atleast 4-5 hrs in between
u sud feed every 3 hrs. as its newborn it.sleeping long hrs. try to fed for.baby can.become weak if not.fed at night .

theres no clockwork timings for feeding. ur baby is still very young to set a pattern. my baby slept fr 5 hours in the day and i wud worry abt feeding him. but i never woke him up. in a few days the duration decresed and he started waking up properly to feed. so dont worry. at the most u can pickup baby n put him to breast after 3 4 hours or so.
wake up and every 3hrs
