Don't worry. Stop thinking, taking stress, worrying. Be happy and positive. Your bp will be fine. It's not good to anyone having low BP. So better check your gyno regarding this. Have lots of water. Eat fruits like banana, chickoo, fack fruit, grapes, mangoes in fresh fruits to gain weight. Have dry dates, cashew nuts and raisins more. I feel it's fine with your weight, if everything is normal in scanning and checkup. Don't worry much about the weight. Actually you will gain weight in last 2 months of pregnancy. Eat healthy and maintain balanced diet.

thank u very much @roopashree siddireddy

keeping low bp is ok.. not drastically low,but i have low b.p around 90/65 throughout and my doc says its ok. it means you baby is getting proper food supply. B.p keeping high is trouble.
But if you feel its very low please talk to your doc.

First of all, it is very important to be happy and positive during pregnancy as that removes 50% pregnancy issues and complications. It is not mandatory to have huge weight gain, its ok if your baby is doing fine. Do check and ask your doctor when you visit your doctor. Have protein rich food, milk, banana, have plenty of fluids.

If you do not have My discomfort like dizziness or black out spells then low BP is not a challenge. However keep yourself well hydrated and have small portions of fruits and salty foods on a regular basis. Salty foods do not mean chips etc but natural options like fruits vegetables etc which have sodium. Weight gain in the first twenty weeks can be as low as two kilos and if baby is growing well then it is not a cause for concern.

thank u @sonali mam, @shyama sanyhosh, @khushboo pandey.your advice means a lott to me
