hey shabeena, whenever you get stressed, take a deep breath.. tell yourself that stress is not going to bring you money, happiness or anything positive. now let go... everyday be as silly as you can with the baby, become as playful as the baby... sometimes we need to pretend to ourselves that we are happy, and sometimes it really works... take care dear...
