I am 23weeks pregnant and I want to know how I should keep my diet to make sure my baby is getting the right amount of food to help the baby grow.

Pregnant moms need about 300-500 extra calories per day. Also make sure you eat about six small meals every day. Make a mix of cereals vegetables fruits pulses or meat and milk products. Avoid excess oil and sodium and have adequate water. Take supplements as prescribed by your doctor.
