I have a
2 years old baby
its better not to give rice water dal water etc, as it is empty calories.. baby will get filled up without really gaining any nutrition from it... water you can give small small sips, whenever baby requires...
really i gave him rice n daal water
what about juice
normal water is better ..nor u can soup sometimes.thts Good..and healthy
u can give steamed fruits n vegetables starting from very small quantiti
fruits and vegetables can be boiled or steamed and mashed and given... also u can give porridges or malt... Weaning foods simplified for all new mothers read this
The moms have given correct advice. Do not give rice and salad water as very low on calories and will compromise development. Juices also to be avoided as they are very high in sugar. All fibre has been strained. Instead give mashed fruits as per the weaning plan provided by your doctor.
