hello, I suggest ask ur gyn about it, how much exercise and what type of exercise u should do. however if ur pregnancy is going normal, u can do pranayam and some breathing exercises, kegels will also help, and going for walks regularly will be good, as staying active really helps in pregnancy... make sure to not exert urself too much, and keep taking breaks in between as and when required... take care :)
