hi jiya.. I too faced this situation throughout my pregnancy.. ajwain with lill bit of kala namak sprinkled gives some relief.. n also avoid fried or spicy foods.. n eat smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals..n don't worry if u throw up often... all will be well.. but never go empty stomach.. hope that helps.. happy pregnancy... :)
i too still suffer with acidity i keep popping hajmola and it gives instant relief or u can also intake dahi or chaas gives alot of relief

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid spicy and oily food. Have plenty of curds and butter milk. You can also have a glass of lemon water with a little cooking soda to give relief from acidity.
