Q:

I am 4 months pregnant. I feel very tired all the times. There is too much pain in my lower abdomen.
Any suggestions??

take plenty fluids like fresh fruit juices,it keeps body hydrated and helps lot in morning sickness and nausea..have balanced diet with fruits n veggies..and check ur BP, Hb level and sugar level too..

if the abdomen pain is on right side, it may be urine infection also. for safe side pls take a test. second it may be your body heat also on other hand

Hi. As mentioned by all our helpful moms please stay hydrated and have plenty of fruits, vegetables and protein. Pls talk to your gynecologist about the pain

If you are experiencing too much pain in your abdomen, you probably need to visit your gynaec. Pain around the bump anywhere is not normal.
For energy and keeping up stamina, eat small frequent meals with right portions of fruits, vegetables, milk n milk products, dry fruits and water.
Have your tablets on time everyday.
Invest some time in walking to pump your heart.
