Hai Shahila. First of all be positive and leave that thought of miscarriage. Be positive and have lots of water. Take proper rest. Don't carry heavy weights. Avoid two wheeler driving or travelling for first 3 months. Take your folic acid tablets regularly. Avoid heeled chappals. Eat fruits, vegetables, dry fruits. Wel balanced food is recommended. Avoid papaya, pineapple and junk food. Enjoy this period.

As per my doctor there is nothing that you do or don't do that will cause miscarriage at this stage. It's all a play of hormones.. Just relax, stay positive, meditate and pray for a healthy baby.

read gud books.. listen to music... avoid eating outside..have home make food.. Avoid papaya.pineapple. Chinese food...Yes take folic tablets it's very important your doctor must be giving you..

Avoid environmental hazards such as radiation, infectious disease, and x-rays
Avoid contact sports or activities that have risk of injury. Had a communication open with family, friends and health care providers during this time.avoid sexual contact for first four months. be positive. enjoy this gods gifted pergencey. take care of ur health and ur babies health.
