it takes time. i used to eat half chapati in smaller gaps. even if i puked i used to eat whatever I could. i didn't like milk at tat time. smaller lighter meals helped. dont fill urself too much. stay away from smell tat makes u feel nauseatic

i too had the same problem..and my doc advised me for doxinate tab which is safe during pregnancy...u can opt for that..

it works after 5hour approx.,you should take one tab in the night and another one after lunch.doxinate never gives relief immediately... so take before the problem starts...
