please give me some ideas to get out of stress n frustration. I'm worried it wil hav impact on my baby bt still I end up somewhere and make myself sad n get disturbed

During pregnancy these mood swings are common. Divert your mind. Read good books. You can read articles here on baby chakra...which will help you. Listen to your favourite songs. whenever negative thoughts start haunting you. .. go for a short walk. see outside...see sky... watch comedy movies. call your friends.

make sure u leave the house every evening or whatever time suits u to take a walk or sit at a nearby park etc
its a great mood uplifter.
listen to music.
adult coloring books r available now..they r really nice..give it a try too.
