I have a
26 weeks pregnant
I began to have a back pain early in my second pregnancy... It happened more coz I had a toddler to take care of and had some other stuff to do at home too... I tried a yoga exercise that helped me... Hope it works for u too
ya it's normal
Ya it's normal. For some ache and swelling will be there right throughout pregnancy. Take rest. Have more water and have balanced food. Sometimes during the time when we regularly use to have periods..only that time we get pain, cramps and tiredness. later it will be fine. If you feel uncomfortable...ask your gyno.
