hi puchu, your gynec. knows your case well, so you should follow his advice. Some women are advised complete bed rest for a specific period, and at this time even walking is a bad idea. be open and get all your doubts cleared at the next appointment. and do ask about the level of activity you are permitted..

ok thank u very much i will ask him @sheeba vijesh thank u

pls take complete bed rest... bcoz I was also suffer the same problem

Roopashree Siddireddy

Leave all your tension. Be positive. Be happy and take rest. This is your period to enjoy care, rest and feel the baby inside. Follow as doctor said. Take medicine in time. Have lot of water, nutritious food.

If the doctor has advised bed rest then it also means no walking. Once you get the go ahead then yes walking is highly recommended for pregnant moms. The spotting at times happens at the time of implantation of the placenta into the wall of the uterus. Since it is happening more constantly the doctor has advised rest to ensure that the placenta implants well and there is no tear in the membranes. Follow the doctors guide lines as they are examining you and know your case best.

thank u @sonali shivlani
