calm down parveen.... relax that is the key mantra. try breathing exercises, it will come handy. and think about all the positive thoughts u have had for your baby. and pray, it always increases positivity. and always remember that your family and ur doctor will always look at yours and your baby's best interest.
first please do not think negative having BP in pregnancy is a common problem today. As long as you keep your diet and food on time you will get better. Thinking positive will help you and the baby both. so ignore all your negative thoughts.
neg wil popup in pregnancy time,try to overcum.have a bond wit baby by talking ad singing....listen to melody songs....buy or borrow pregnancy and baby books, subscribe to related magazines, etc.Go outside ad get some fresh air in the evening.u can visit Temple every day ad get enough rest...have a bond wit ur partner,talk abt this to him,he wil help u out......
Hi Parveen, as much as pregnancy is the most exciting and beautiful phase of a woman's life, it also brings with it host of stress and hormone fluctuations with it... I am sure all women must have had something or the other to stress about during pregnancy.. BP and diabetes is a common thing nowadays, and stressing about it will only aggravate the problem... relax, go for walks, read... do calming things, have a healthy diet... trust your doc. and we are all here for you dear... take care... 😊
hi praveen... it very common in pregnancy... but try to make urself busy... u can try music... it really soothes.. n try talking to ur baby.. during my pregnancy I gave a Nick name to my baby n I used to talk to her calling by Dt name... it's feels nice... n I feel my baby recognize Dt name... Moreover having a baby is best feeling as the baby is ur own... when ever I hold my baby I feel very nice as it belongs to me... soon u will also hve one, ur own... n hve faith on god.. most important thing u can make yourself busy by making arrangements n preparations... arrange clothes for child... u can knit or stich sumthing for baby... it will keep u busy n more happy I guess... all d best n tk cre
please drink water 5'6 litre per day and thinking positive will help you...
