hello...it's common in pregnant....drink lots of water ...have frequently meal but in small quantity.. avoid fried, spicy food...take Jaggery after food...have curd...do walking..

Hi Himani, you can take cold milk and haar 2 ghante mein kuch khao, digene bhi le sakte ho.. Avoid fried & junk food, I hope it will help you :)

Avoid pineapple. Have watermelon ( can add salt if you don't have high BP), musk melon. Avoid too spicy food at night . If you are non-vegetarian then avoid at night. I had severe acidity in pregnancy... watermelon help me a lot.
