This is new for me... I have eaten pizzas and pastas n all sorts of cheese during my first pregnancy... However I tried to have home made one most of the times...
Go ahead and indulge but not too often as it will lead to pile up of fat. There is no harm in having as such. Once in a blue moon is OK. unless u can make home made whole wheat pasta and pizzas

Cheese is a good source of protein. So having it in pregnancy would help. But eat in moderation. Also you can try whole wheat pasta, that is more nutritious.

my doctor told me that it is only in the mind that cravings happen - it is just a psychological effetc of pregnancy and can be avoded with minimal effort. try nt to have such unhealthy things as they will give no nutrition and make you put on a lot of weight and trust me after delivery every gram will be difficlt to lose. stay healthy my dear
Soft cheese's are not recommended during pregnancy. The regular cheese like mozzarella which is used in pizza and pasta is allowed. Some examples of soft cheese's are brie Camembert blue cheese etc.
