my baby is two months old i had c section my weight at present is 77kg i just want to start exercise but my baby not at all sleeping night time there is no sufficient sleep for me to do work outs or walking ...what I hve to doo ..plz give a solution...

It is important that you are healthy and rested before you undertake any exercises else your immune system can get compromised. Take help from family with the baby so that you can get some naps and some rest. Once you organise some schedule you can start with a ten minute walk every day and slowly increase.
