u can do walking tht to taking ur doc permission..other than tht its nt valid n safe to do exercise in this stage..
If you have been active and exercising all thru then you can safely continue all exercises. It's best not to start new exercises now. Walking, breathing, kegels can all be done safely.

after talking to ur doc if ur babies head position is head down , u can start with duck walk it's very good for normal delivery
go for a walk daily ,do small house hold work.....
when I was in my last trimester...I remember during my last sonography the gynaec said that the baby is still up and needs to come down...she said squatting and using the Indian toilet wud help. also take leisure walks.
Drink so much water and take walk with permission of ur doc
walking 10-15 I'm daily
walking daily atleast 20 mins...nd try to eat ghee or butter with ur meals...nd also do some work like cooking..

Parita Shah do not do anything without ur doctor's permission.....I started brisk walk and many stretching exercises including kegel, half and full squattings but it was taught by my physio assigned by my gyno who was going to manage my delivery.....I used to walk around 1 hr everyday with 15-20 sets of 9 exercises whole day
oly brisk walking enough at this stage..
duck walk stretching breathing exercise walking .
whenever you sleep,u see to it that always sleep on your left hand side.my doc suggested me the same.take care

Continue previous exercises if u r doing. Walking, kegels, semi squats can be done. Learn and practice some breathing techniques and birthing positions to cope up with the normal delivery. All the best
from legs u can do butterfly exercise also it also help in normal delivery.
Walking is a better option for u now...., also sit cross legged.
