Hi Anita fresh fruits are always better than any preservatives...start with boiled apple pulp mashed banana mixed with milk. you can also give half boiled egg
consult your doctor. It's always good if you can cook food by yourself. Give water ( boiled and cool drinking water) couple of spoons. Give mashed softly cooked rice. Mashed banana, apple, daal Paani, water from boiled vegetables, boiled carrot, beetroot, sweet potato and ragi. Give initially during day time. Don't force. Let her eat how much she can. Continue with BM.
Fresh foods are always a better option than processed foods. Fruits or vegetables are good starter foods as they are non allergen. Egg is best avoided till the baby is a little older and at that time as well only start with the yellow.
Outside milk is also not to be given till the baby is one year old.
Hi..start with fruit.it's gud...boil apple ..mashed banana.daal paani...ragi is very gud start that... homemade food is always gud...Cerelac is travelling food...
