yeh normal Hai. pillows ka istamal karo support ke liye. Raat mein garam Pani see snaan karo. Sote waqt garam doodh mein shehed daal KAR piyo.

this is normal and happens wid everyone in this stage.
plz use pilow to take support in between legs and can use for elivate head at sleep time.
one thing which helped me a lot was listening light musical intrument n grabha sanskar kalyan at bedtime,om chanting also to shooth my mind.so u can try it also i found Gaana music app so helpful that time.
try to do some breathing exercise means deep breath inhale and out.

hi this is normal... even I used pillows between my legs and I used to sleep half sitting position with the help of 3 pillows.. that helped me sleep for a few hrs together...

even i have the same problem....i feel very restless at nyt wen all are sleeping n i am still awake

use to happen to me too....i use to pee atlst 4times in the night...thodi neend lagti thi n uthna padta tha....its part n parcel of pregnancy.
