hey hi my baby doesnt slp at night 10pm to 4am everyday wat shuld i do i fill vry tired.he is 1nhalf month.

baby will sleep if u create an enviornment for the baby to sleep. if u keep lights on or keep playing or singing or talking ; baby wont sleep. for sleep schedule u need to switch off lights, put a dim light if u have to.. and feed the baby.

continue the process for 1-2 mts and by 3 rd mt ur baby will fall into routine.

Try to keep d baby active post 7pm... So the bay wud b tired by night and shud b sleeping... However mostly all the babies tend to trouble when it comes to sleeping thru the night... It shud ideally settle down wd a sleep routine by another month...

Hi Dimple, along with keeping the lights dim and not being very playful at night with the baby, i also developed a bed time routine. Give a nice warm cloth wipe to your baby at night, before bed time, swaddle her and kiss good night. After a few weeks baby gets acquainted with bed time routine

Hey Dimple, feed the baby enough during the day, so that he doesn't need it much during the night. And let him be most playful during evening, followed by warm water bath or a shower, you can try to give him a gentle massage before shower urself.. swaddle him and he might start following the sleep routine.

At 1.5 months it's too early to expect them to sleep through night but better to keep a routine as suggested by others so that it starts following the routine in the next few weeks...don't entertain the baby if he wakes up in between just feed without any eye contact or act like ur sleeping while feeding

I started engaging my lo more during daytime after he was 5 months old used to keep curtains open and play with him after 7 but I think ur baby is too little and needs to sleep every few hours so it's difficult to enforce any routine

Different babies have different routines. After birth, babies are getting used to the life outside womb.
