If you are a breast feeding mom no crash diets. But eat healthy and avoid oily and sweet foods. Walk for about an hour every day keeping the pace brisk. You can also start some abdomen toning exercises  Remember to check for diastasis recti before you begin though. This is an abdominal muscles separation which commonly occurs during pregnancy and also corrects itself with time.
