Continue your iron and calcium supplements. Have lots of water before and after feeding. You can have anything.. jut avoid more spicy, chillies and gas causing items. Have milk. Have dry fruits and fruits. More leafy vegetables will be good.
only avoid oily and spicy food....have water before n after feeding....have lots of fruits ..dry fruits...Dal..milk..green vegetable.. ...yes iron and calcium is very important..carry on.
