Hi I have a dout during our early pregnancy which side I should sleep n what type of food I should take n now am in my 8th week n how to gain weight n what type of precautions I should take?

Upto week 28 you can sleep on either side. For the first 20 weeks you can even sleep on your back. Post week 28 it is preferred that you sleep on the left side. In the first 12 weeks no special diet is required.Eat healthy, small portions and focus on foods that at healthy and you are able to digest.
