hie dear..  i also have twins so briefing u with my experience.  my doctor told that it will be checked in fifth month of pregnancy of a twin mother..  that a cervical stitch is required or not. I didnt had that stitch as doctor said it was nt needed for me.

My cervical length was 3.6 at 18 weeks so doc had put a stitch. I was carrying twins and she told that despite bed rest, the chances of cervical length shortening are more. So to avoid any risk we went for the stitch.

hello..
Normally, in the late second and early third trimester the cervical length measures anywhere between 3 cm to 3.5 cm (30-35mm) and decreases progressively as the pregnancy advances, in preparation for labor..cervical length of 2.5-3cms(25–30 mm) before 32 weeks gestation seems to increase the risk of preterm delivery..If ultrasound shows there is short cervix, and  less than 24 weeks pregnant, doc may recommend- cervical stitch...
In your case its 3.5cms i.e 35mm so it is no worries, again do one USG btw 20-24weeks thn it ll be cleared..
