hello..
mild abdominal cramps are a normal part of early pregnancy. In initial stage normal physical changes in body ll be there as it gears up for carrying  baby. So no need to worry if it is nt sharp excruciating pain..and Susten is good to have in initial days..

Sakshi Pandita

hi Purba, abdominal cramps are normal in first three trimesters, although I was also taking susten during my first trimester, it's useful.  But take susten internally as it's more effective to maintain pregnancy, rather taking orally

agree with Sakshi Pandita even I used to take Susten internally and it's really very effective.. also I took few injections to maintain the pregnancy very well
