1) stick to while grains and eat all of them in whatever quantity your body demands
2) avoid sugars and refined foods
3) avoid fried foods
4) take healthy fats in the form of nuts, seeds, cold pressed oils etc
5) focus a lot on vegetables both raw and cooked.
6) start walking and increase excercise as your body can tolerate
7) Drink a lot of water
8) sprouts are amazing
9) never stay hungry
