Hai Friends!!

Whenever you buy oil for massage.. check the manufacturing date ( it applies to all product) .

Always prefer cold pressed oil...as these oil will have high value and quality. Though it will be bit pricy. Avoid "refined" oils. Not meant for massages.

While opting for olive oil...look for "extra virgin" as it is of highest quality with low smoking point( so no need to warm oil before massage) ,rich in antioxidants and have low acidity level. ( virgin, refined, pure, pomace, light oilve oil are oil in decreasing order of its quality and won't give the desired result).

Helpful to know the decreasing order of purity Roopashree Siddireddy! Was always confused b/w pure and virgin . Thanks !!

wow... very informative dear...

Thank you Sheeba and Naiyya.
