Q:

Has anyone else experienced an all time bloated tummy after caesarean? It's 5 months after delivery and I have a very ugly pooch hanging down and I still look pregnant . Can someone suggest what to do to get back to the previous .. pre pregnancy stage?

I too had a big belly which I was tired of looking at... My gynac suggested to wait atleast till 6 months to do something rigorous... I started with kick boxing when my girl was 9 months... It really worked wonders for me... U can start drinking hot water after every meal... Once ur doc gives a go.. U can do some fun activity like zumba or aerobics at home itself...

hey all not too worry I had faced this prblm but as the time passes tummy will get its place but try to avoid all oily foods and drink more liquid as u can it helps to reduce

Once you are fit to exercise, I would suggest strengthening and flexibility exercises such as yoga and pilates. These forms do not hurt the knees which is an important factor to take care after pregnancy. You can look for instructors who would come home and teach you.

I guess everyone has to go through this phase.. even I m one of them.. so don't u worry.. wait till 6 months and then start with some exercises or yoga.. for now u can have brisk walk.
