hi please include few things in your diet like til dal, dairy products , almond, nuts, oats, dalia, bottle guard, papaya etc..it has helped to increase milk so u can try above all avoid mental and physical exertion , i kmow we find difficukt to relax but try to take care of yourself. eat in small portions ,healthy foods in frequent intervels. have lods of fluids
