very common don't worry.... just relax eat well and enjoy the time...as much you'll be relaxed you'll get better sleep

It's very common in the first trimester. Have a cup of warm milk with honey at bedtime and also take a warm bath. Try and do deep breathing exercises and relax with a good book to help you sleep.
