Hi Payal, it is great that you are successfully Breastfeeding your baby. After the initial few weeks your breast are making the right amount of milk as needed by your baby. so even though the breast appear small and soft, they are making enough milk. The best way to find out if you are making enough milk is by checking if your baby has 8-10 wet nappies and about 1-2 stool nappies at the end of the day. A stressed mother holds back the milk. It is important that you trust yourself that you are doing a good job.

no need to take a pill or to give formula, this is not recommended practice. your body is adjusting to the babies demands as seema said, check your babies nappy. It is recommended to give breast milk only for 6 months and to continue to breastfeed upto 3 years or more. If your baby does not seem satified, Try feeding more often, spend a few days in bed together doing skin to skin and baby wearing. stress can cause low supply, relax and chill with baby and eat lots of nutritious food. mehti and water is proven to increase milk supply. join a mothers good or breastfeeding for indian mums or la leche league face book group.

Sure mam...Thank you so much..:-)
