Sonali Shivlani plz help her.

You haven't mentioned what the reading of HB is. For children the range is different from adults. However you can include iron rich foods in his diet like raisins dates spinach apples potatoes etc. If it is very low the doctor will recommend supplements as well.

he has all this raisins potatoes spinach all

Sonali Shivlani

That is really low. Please follow the supplementation schedule as advised by the doctor.

Soak a couple of dates in lukewarm water for about 20 minutes. Grind it into a paste. Feed him one spoonful in the morning and evening. You can store the rest in the refrigerator but keep it out for sometime before feeding him. Soaked raisins are great too!

Dr. Mugdha Joshi

First meet his pediatrician and find out the cause of low haemoglobin.  Low levels of Hb can be because of many reasons not just dietary intake.
