Swimming is a excellent ull body workout!! Why not spice it up a bit and join a belly dancing class....I fpund it helpful ! most importantly to lose belly fat you will need to cut down pn white processed foods. A gpod 30-60 min HIIT workout 3 times a week wifh a balanced diet will help lose overall weight and on your belly too.
