Q:

what food can i take to increase my breast milk??

Charu Sareen Gujjal(TheMomSagas)

The best way to increase the breastmilk is to feed your baby frequently. The more you feed, the more you produce. Drink lots of fluids which will help in good flow. You can try adding Satavarex powder in milk and drink it twice a day.

Breastmilk production doesn't entirely depend on what food u eat. It also depends on how u feed, how much baby takes, how much is the baby able to digest. Work on feeding  the baby 10-12 times a day of 24 hours with each feed lasting for 20-45 mins, varying according  to age. 6-10 urine outputs and 1-2 stool outputs in 24 hours is considered good. If this is what u n ur baby follow make sure latch is good and you feel lighter after every feed.
Food suggestions - dry coconut, khus khus, methi seeds, methi leaves, avocado, dates, anjeer, all fruits and green leafy vegetables, dill seeds, sunflower seeds, bajra jowar naachni and milk can help.
