Hi, Post pregnancy, my weight as increased a lot. To top it up, I also had slip disc, because of which I cannot do exercises that require pulling n lifting. Can you please suggest me what kind of diet I should follow? Is it advisable to take up the keto diet?

It is best not to follow a specific plan which becomes difficult to sustain in the long run. Eat small meals every couple of hours. Avoid fried foods and also foods high in sugar. High protein lots of vegetables and a small number of carbs is a good combination.
