I can understand what you are going thru at times situations created by others can make us feel stressed. Have you spoken to your husband about your feelings ? At times occupying yourself with other activities will help divert your mind. Meeting friends, taking up a hobby, joining a prenatal exercise group can all be ways to relax and divert your mind.

Anonymous saanvi shah we ourselves knows better to solve such situations.... you know your thoughts would reach your baby... think how you want to raise you child...make him strong from your womb... remember on things we create tension nobody can give us that....our reactions on situations give us negative or positive thoughts... it's totally upon us how we want to live... meditation helps a lot...sit quite sometime...talk to urself or ur child...I know one thing "I can't give my thoughts control to anyone" I will decide my reactions....try to send more love and positivity to ppl you think are irritating around.... simple rule if a baby throws a cup filled with water on you, how would you react??? if you ignore the action and give love to baby and even check him first if he is ok then why can't we treat everyone the same way.... ppl fighting with us are in more pain... ignore and prey for them....you will be positive and get positivity....be loveful and spread happiness.... pregnancy is a beautiful journey.... value it...you will not get this time back... don't spoil your memories... lots of love for you and your coming baby...Simran Kaur
