actually its normal to have late irregular periods after delivery...but,
Yeah ovulation occur without periods too...take a UPT test with first early morning urine..u ll be confirmed..
yes ovulation can occur without periods too..
Hi Gomati...it's natural dear periods usually doesn't come as long as our baby is on bf mostly...I too got my period back after 2 years whn my first baby was born she was on bf till 2 years but second time my periods came bck after 10months only may b bcz my lo started eating everything from 7 months itself.Actually all cases r different we can't be assure of anything. You can be pregnant without periods even though chances are very less. if u feel something its better to do pregnancy test at home. but as I said chances r really less as it's consider as a safe period till the baby is on bf.

Yes your worry is worthwhile. The first ovulation will occur without any periods. Many people conceive in the period of lactational amenorrhoea. So it is imperative to use some form of contraception barrier or cu t or progesterone only pills even during the breastfeeding period. Do be vigilant and doing a pregnancy test will be wise. You should also consider visiting your Gynecologist.
