yeah it's common.. keep urslf hydrated.. u can have tender coconuts,fresh juices too..
I am too struggling with the same issue. No matter how much water I drink I does not fade away. I get relief only for few hours when I keep rolling a sweet candy or citrus drops in my mouth
yeah Aakriti even I'm facing d same prblm.. n its being so hot that how much ever i keep drinking water still my throat feels very dry n thirsty ..
I too felt very thirsty during pregnancy....
I used to hv oodles of water....
Yes it happen n its summer so keep drinking coconut water n lemon, watermelon, orange juice helps a lot plus 3 to 4 lit water per day.
