orderwise I will have this below
Morning -Milk
9 o clk -breakfast
11.30- fruits
1 o clk-lunch
4 o clk - dry fruits
6 - Milk
9 o clk - dinner
pls suggest me is it correct time to have or need to have more food.

if u are a non vegetarian then its good to add egg whites in ur diet and also pomegranate juice to maintain good level of haemoglobin.. take care

it is important to feel full. if you feel full, it is great. eat only what you feel is required and when you feel hungry. pregnancy is no cause to over eat. and as suggested by @radhika Raj, add these things in your diet. Apples and spinach are also great sources of iron. check with your doctor for protein rich milk mix and cod liver oil supplementatio. plz do not take any supplements UNLESS RECOMMMENDED BY DOCTOR
