All the problems you are facing are what all moms go through. Give yourself and your baby some time to settle down with each other. Using pillows stragically to give support to your back and baby and not letting too much weight fall on you will help. You can consult you doctor for additional painkillers. Also take help from people in your house to help you pick up and hand over your baby  to you. Also take help to make the baby burp.

Hi fkm, i had c-section too. if you go through posts on my page, you will see, i have also faced these issues. but you are a mother, you will be able to do it! now lets go through your issues one by one...
First, the feeding, sit on a chair with high back. place a pillow at your back, one on your lap. sit straight and place baby on the pillow. the pillow heights should be such that you sit straight, and bring baby towards you, you must not bend towards baby, turn baby's body towards you and feed.
now about long hours of feeding- baby is sleeping at your breast!! baby may require anywhere between 20 minutes to 35 minutes for feeding. while feeding check if his cheeks are moving, if it is, he is feeding. else he is sleeping. tickle on his ear and under feet to wake him up.
do not bend forward from waist. even for nappy change DO NOT BEND. either sit in such a way or place baby on a high level surface to change nappies, so that you do not bend by waist. instead of bending forward, bend your knees so that your back remains straight. imagine you are wearing a short, tight skirt and you had to pick something from the floor. yes, bend knees, without bending at the waist... remember that position. also like Dr. Charmi said, get the help of others to pick and give baby to you.
Do not cry with the baby. Babies can sense stress and sadness. Be happy and calm around baby, things will get much better with a little practise.... take care dear...
