Kindly help

Dear Gomathi, I am so sorry about your state of affairs. Hugs to you. It is lack of guidance that caused this. The milk supply is determined according to feeding in the early days after delivery, since feeding was not there supply will have dropped drastically. But since you must have started solids by now, what do you feed him? he must not be liking the current types of foods you offer. have you tried offering him khichdi, kheer, poha, dosa, idli, parathas etc.?

Sonali Shivlani ma'm please help.

If you are looking at hand expressing then compressing on the areola will not help at all. You need to press outside the areola. Baby is old enough to actually be able to suckle strongly. To increase the flow the best bet is frequent feeding. The breast feeling soft is normal. The breast is not expected to be hard all thru breast feeding days.
