Hi.  Post pregnancy my tummy has not decreased and looks like I am 6 month pregnant.  Tips to reduce belly.  And I am also having back and shoulder pain.  Problem is I don't have a helping hand at home.  Need to do all work alone. So not finding time for exercise. Need some tips.

Hey snigdha sahoo, please take enough rest as you are having back and shoulder pain. Check for your posture when you feed the baby. Just relax and feed. I know its easy to say, sleep when baby sleep☺️. We will be having a loads of works to completr before your baby wakes up. Hence, just have a plan roughly and if possible share your work load with your better half. Once you feel relieved from back pain, start with slow exercise. Drink a lot of water and if your gyno asked you to put calcium and iron supplements, do take it.

I understand ur situation Snigdha.. But please take rest or sleep whenever baby sleeps.. try to finish your work in the morning before baby wakes up or ur hubby is there.. take the help or ur husband or any other family members or any close relatives who can stay with you and help u. U will have to do exercise and walking everyday.. eat healthy food and drink more water.. juices. Take the calcium, iron properly

hey Snigdha , the back pain cud be becoz of loose abs after delivery so dont worry abt that . now if u want to excercise 10 min is enuf to start off . u will feel much better in 10 min of excercise and it will help.charge ur body .I used to workout with the baby with mom and baby yoga . u can also do a simple walking workout by jessica smith tv its on youtube. all u need is to walk for 10 to.15 min in ur house in ur room no equipment . try 10 mins and see.if u feel.good.abt it . but do take rest and as the baby grows.ur tummy will reduce .it takes time .
