you should include fruits, vegetables, grains, dry fruits, coconut water, lemon water, dates, milk...keep your diet as per your choice, eat every 2 hours... small meals will keep you active and acidity free....try seasonal food always...veg diet is best to avoid more weight gain.... treat yourself whenever you crave for any spl food... avoid papaya, Chinese and street food....I followed diet plan from dietburp.com as per my choice I customized that but delivered full term healthy baby normally....
