The best solution to increasing milk is frequent feeding. the more the Stimulation the more the supply. If possible use a breast pump to express milk at the times baby takes formula. Avoid using a bottle for feeding formula.

hi deepthi, can you please tell why you feel milk is reduced? if breasts do not feel as engorged as before, that is perfectly normal, as our body becomes more efficient to produce as much milk as baby requires. Also, if we express ourselves, sometimes the quantity cannot be the indicator of breast milk being produced. is the baby active? is she peeing atleast 6-7 times a day? have you been exclusively breastfeeding till now? have lots of skin to skin contact with baby, let her suckle as much as possible and feed more. have protein rich diet, over night soaked almonds, leafy vegetables, 3 ltrs of water a day, overnight soaked fenugreek.

dear, if you are in stress, it also can effect to your health. there is one product call " SUVA". take 2 tbs on "SUVA" and boil it in one ltr water. cool it and drink it as regular water. it will help you to produce the milk. and most of all be happy. here is the pic of "SUVA".  it is available at any general store or kirana shop. it looks like jeera.
