Heartburn happens at this stage as the uterus is large and is pressing against the stomach. Eat small meals, avoid spicy and oily food. Drink small shots of cold chilled milk at the time that you experience acidity. Eat a small dry piece of carbohydrate every couple of hours like roti, few bites of toast etc.
