Rakhi Puri (beautyofmommying)

Meenakshi Sharma please read about back pain and contractions online... shooting pain starting from your back goes in stomach...the density increases if they turn into labor pain and more frequent...you will have Braxton Hicks contractions also from now so you should know difference between both...that will save your time in running to the hospital many times...plus last four weeks should be weekly checkups to keep an eye on your dilation of cervix....back pains are part of pregnancy.... usually happens due to posture change... check with your doctor in case of doubts... good luck

Sheeba Vijesh

Dr.Shilpitha Shanthappa can answer you better

Sheeba Vijesh

Rakhi Puri braxton hicks are not usually painful na? and labour pain should come and go at regular intervals... maybe experts can give better advise....

Meenakshi Sharma

OK thanku Sheeba Vijesh n Rakhi Puri

Rakhi Puri (beautyofmommying)

Sheeba Vijesh they are some time but difference between both is labor pain increases but Braxton Hicks doesn't increase with time and is not frequent... I got Braxton Hicks from August 21st thinking I will go in labor and 3 hospital rounds...my family became tired of my last day calls...funny part of my hospitalization is I got down with viral on 7th of September and admitted to hospital and discharged on 9th evening...I came home slept and in morning around 11 my water broke with no labor pains..my mom in law made me stand for 2min to confirm it is actual water broke...it was just flowing on floor...I called my doc and took a sanitary napkin rushed to hospital... admitted around 12pm and delivered my baby at 4.40 in morning..... pregnancy is  life time experience

Sheeba Vijesh

hmmm... that's a good pregnancy story 😊 don't have any real experience with either because i underwent c-section. only have read about these things 😊 ... Rakhi Puri

Dr. Shilpitha Shanthappa

Hello Meenakshi...
It is common in this stage of pregnancy... it ll be also assosiated with - growing uterus continues to put pressure on your lungs and ribcage while also shoving away other internal organs. It is also responsible for the increased urge to urinate and the urinary incontinence..there is little space for your baby to move around and perform those somersaults.. However, the number of kicks felt in a day should remain same.. In fact, most babies attain the head-down birth position during week.... as everyone said it may be bcz of Braxton hicks contractions... if u are feeling sick then its good to review your doc once...

Meenakshi Sharma

thanku so much Dr.Shilpitha Shanthappa....I went to dr. she also said same thing n also mentioned acidity tooo bcoz there is less space now....

Dr. Shilpitha Shanthappa

Hope you are doing well 👍😊
