hi pushpa - pls start going for a walk everyday. eat well but pls eat healthy. avoid deep fried and sweets. tc and dont worry about ur weight :) when u r ready do some yoga - lots of articles here to read!
hey dear. dont worry about the pregnancy weight it will shred away if u have proper and healthy diet. start with 10 mins walk everyday than gradually u can increase to half n hour. take care :) eat healthy every two hours. this will help u to digest properly n u can intake less quanity. have atleast 2 to 3 litres of water also daily. it is good for u and baby also

start slow, dear. walking is the best to ease into a fitness routine. you can also do cardio for weight loss. eat healthy, and drink plenty of water. do not lift heavy weights till 6 months.

as other moms said try to have healthy balanced diet, have plenty fluids... include fibre rich food in ur diet...
start a 10-15 mins brisk walk, then gradually start jogg, exercises... and stop depending on other family members.. do ur work by urself... try to do all daily chores... this ll help more to decrease weight... just remember not to lift heavy objects...
