aap delivery body massage karva lo for a month or 2.... it is helpful... n keep urslf active n little moving... u should get results...
don't worry. body ko shape me aane me time lgta hai. it's normal. bus fried n sugary food avoid kro. nd enjoy motherhood manpreet kaur.
Mansi is right... aap full body massage karao 1 or 2 months ke liye.. Meri baby 26 march ko hui thi and Maine day 11 se massage Kara rahi hu, Bahut improvement Hai tummy me.. it almost flat now...
it because of expanding uterus. it's take almost 1 n half month to compress the uterus. . it's time to take rest after 3 months as advised by the Dr. u can start some exercise. avoid excess of oil or ghee.
u must avoid oily foods... but its fine to use ghee as an alternative.. coz u need to even look after ur health n some oils r must for ur bones to function smooth... already u have beared pains n given away most from ur body during labour so u have to have healthy foods n get urslf fit.. now u migth not understand the consequences but after few months u may notice back n joint pains.. and a tip avoid chilli powder in foods for 1.5months since u delivered n alternatively u can use pepper powder in the veggies... try to consume more of bajri, jaggery for gud & healthy accumulation of breast milk for ur baby...
